League Classic Adds Four Bilgewater Champions

League Classic has added Fizz, Graves, Nami and Nautilus with Patch 26.19. The four maritime-themed champions form the mode’s third major champion drop and arrive in its fourth patch. These are historical versions rather than copies of every modern kit. Graves is the clearest example: Classic restores his pre-rework identity from 2011-2015 as a bot-lane marksman instead of using the contemporary shotgun pattern players may know from the live game.
The update also returns three items selected through the first Council vote: Cloak and Dagger, Moonflair Spellblade and Zz’Rot Portal. Riot has now opened a second community poll covering six areas, including which champion kit should be restored next. Voting remains open for seven days, and players may revise a choice while the poll is active. The combination makes this release both a content update and the first visible delivery from the mode’s player-feedback system.

Four arrivals preserve older identities
Classic Graves gains defenses over time through True Grit and fights with Buckshot, Smokescreen, Quickdraw and Collateral Damage. Riot describes him as a genuine bot-lane ADC who rewards sustained combat while retaining close-range burst. Nami is much closer to her original release state, but her Tidecaller’s Blessing enhances attacks only, so a modern spell-triggered pairing does not transfer directly. Nautilus also keeps an older Depth Charge whose traveling portion provides less disruption than its modern equivalent.
Fizz completes the group with his familiar mobility, damage over time, untargetable hop and shark ultimate in their Classic framework. Players should evaluate every champion inside the older item, rune and balance environment rather than transplanting a current build. The mode is intentionally reconstructing an earlier rule set, and even abilities that retain recognizable names can contain historical targeting, timing or scaling. The official notes are therefore the reliable reference whenever memory conflicts with present behavior.
Council choices reach the live Classic shop
Cloak and Dagger is the lower-cost physical option among the restored items. For 1130 gold it provides 20% attack speed, 20% critical strike chance and 35% tenacity. Moonflair Spellblade costs 2300 and combines 50 ability power with 50 armor, 50 magic resistance and the same 35% tenacity. Their tenacity is unique and shared with other named sources, so the values should not be assumed to stack freely.
Zz’Rot Portal takes a different role. The 2700-gold defensive item supplies 50 armor, 50 magic resistance and health regeneration, then places a void gate that lasts 150 seconds. The gate sends temporary Voidlings toward the nearest lane, and its active has a 150-second cooldown. Its return changes how a team can create lane pressure, but the notes do not promise that the revived version will remain untouched in future patches.
The second Council vote continues the feedback loop. Six areas are on the ballot, and one concerns the next champion kit Riot should prioritize for restoration. Players have seven days and can update their answers before voting closes. Results are scheduled for the next patch notes. The three returning items show that the first poll was not merely advisory content; at least part of its outcome has now reached the mode.
Quality changes sit beside the headline additions. Riot added more negative-behavior detection, restored old-style ping and loading presentation, clarified Council voting and introduced a Recommended sort for the rune shop. Those adjustments are not new champions, but they affect entry into the mode and how easily a new Classic account can identify early rune choices.
- Fizz returns with his historical mobility and damage-over-time pattern.
- Graves returns in his 2011-2015 bot-lane marksman form.
- Nami’s older Tidecaller’s Blessing empowers attacks rather than modern spell interactions.
- Nautilus returns with a less disruptive traveling portion on Depth Charge.

| Returning item | Cost | Confirmed identity |
|---|---|---|
| Cloak and Dagger | 1130 gold | Attack speed, critical chance and tenacity |
| Moonflair Spellblade | 2300 gold | Ability power, dual defenses and tenacity |
| Zz’Rot Portal | 2700 gold | Dual defenses and a lane-pushing gate |
Patch 26.19 expands League Classic with four historical champions and turns the first Council vote into playable item changes. The second vote now gives players another documented next step. Builds and expectations should stay tied to Classic’s own rule set rather than the modern game.
