Zeu5 answer Lyon’s opener with two forceful Liga Regional Norte wins

Zeu5 Esports defeated Lyon Academy 2-1 in Liga Regional Norte. Lyon won the opener before Zeu5 controlled the next two games.

The comeback came through stronger fighting and tower pressure. Zeu5 moved from a narrow opening loss to two clear victories.

Lyon convert structures in the opener

The first game lasted just over thirty minutes. Zeu5 found more kills, but Lyon reached the important structures first.

Lyon destroyed ten towers, while Zeu5 finished with four. That difference gave Lyon better access to the base despite the close economy.

The teams stayed level on dragons. Lyon also secured the only Baron and used that advantage to support the final push.

Zeu5 led the opener in kills, but Lyon controlled six more towers. Structure pressure carried Lyon through the final push.

Zeu5 change the match immediately

The second game followed a completely different course. Zeu5 recorded 33 kills and held Lyon to only two.

Their economy moved more than twenty thousand gold ahead by the finish. Lyon destroyed just one tower during the loss.

Zeu5 took nine towers and the only Baron. They also controlled three of the four dragons before completing the base.

The map ended before twenty-nine minutes. Zeu5 had levelled the series with their strongest game of the match.

The opening numbers point in different directions

Zeu5 won the kill count in game one but lost six more towers. Lyon used the map rather than chasing every fight.

The only Baron gave Lyon a stronger push through the lanes. Their ten destroyed towers opened a direct route into the base.

Both teams secured two dragons, so that objective stayed even. Tower control became the clearer difference during the finish.

The decider lasted slightly more than twenty-eight minutes. Zeu5 reached the nexus and completed the 2-1 comeback.

Two winning games shape the totals

Zeu5 finished the series with 92 kills. Most of that total came after Lyon had already won the first game.

Their players recorded 69 kills across games two and three. Lyon managed 18 during the same two losses.

The tower count changed just as sharply. Lyon led that category in the opener, then lost it heavily on both later maps.

Zeu5 secured two Barons across the match. Lyon’s only Baron belonged to their opening victory.

Zeu5 accelerate after the break

Games two and three lasted under twenty-nine minutes. Zeu5 reached large leads before Lyon could repeat the opening structure pressure.

Zeu5 produced sixty-nine kills across those wins. Lyon answered with eighteen during the same part of the series.

The winners also destroyed nineteen towers after game one. Lyon reached only two towers across both defeats.

Both line-ups remain easy to identify

Keii played top lane for Zeu5, with BlindWalker in the jungle. Zelt handled the middle lane.

Raysito and Kita formed the bottom-lane pair. Their team produced the strongest combat totals after the opening loss.

Lyon used Winder, Kase and Sweeho across the top side. NANINI and Starhide completed the recorded five-player line-up.

The two line-ups stayed active across all three games. Their roles remained stable while the match changed direction.

The comeback rests on visible changes

Lyon won game one through towers and the first Baron. Zeu5 responded by taking both categories in the remaining games.

Zeu5 also increased their fighting advantage after the opener. Their lead became decisive before either later map reached thirty minutes.

Zeu5 completed a 2-1 comeback. Lyon’s opening success was followed by two much faster Zeu5 victories.

The full match lasts under ninety minutes

The three games lasted a combined eighty-seven minutes and thirty seconds. The opener accounted for the longest single game.

Zeu5 finished with twenty-three destroyed towers. Lyon recorded twelve, with ten arriving during their only victory.

The series changed after Lyon’s successful first finish. Zeu5 then controlled two shorter games and every remaining Baron.

Patch 16.14 remained in use throughout the match, so both teams worked within the same game balance.
