Verdant open the NLC Summer split with a clean Absolved sweep

Verdant defeated Absolved 2-0 in the opening round of the NLC Summer regular season. Both games went to the spring champions.

The victory gave Verdant a strong start to the new split. Absolved faced the previous champions in their first NLC series.

Verdant convert both games

Verdant secured the two wins required in a best-of-three. The clean score also gave them a strong opening game difference.

Absolved arrived from the British 4 Nations circuit. Their first NLC test came against a settled championship core.

Verdant controlled both drafts and finishes. The result extended their winning run in domestic playoff and league matches.

The opening score placed Verdant beside two other sweep winners. Their next rounds will test that early position.

NoName joins Verdant’s proven core

Bobista remained Verdant’s top laner. NoName replaced Mafro in the jungle before the summer opener.

Furuy continued in mid lane. Mishi and Guggu formed the bottom-lane partnership for the new split.

Four players carried experience from Verdant’s earlier NLC campaign. NoName was the only change in the starting five.

That line-up produced a sweep in its first summer series. The result followed Verdant’s spring championship run.

The opener continues Verdant’s domestic run

Verdant had swept their previous two NLC playoff series. Deer and Ruddy fell during the spring title run.

The summer victory extends that regional sequence to three series. Each match still belongs to a different competition stage.

Absolved became the first opponent of the new regular season. Verdant converted both available games before the next round.

The NLC round contains four separate series

Verdant and Absolved shared the early start with Bulldog and Brod n Friends. Two later matches completed the opening programme.

Those matches created four winners from the first round. Each result entered a separate regular-season record.

A short series gives Verdant the full reward
