Qiyana

Qiyana asks more of her pilot than almost any other mid lane assassin, carrying a difficulty rating of 8 and a defense of just 2. Her entire kit revolves around the terrain itself: her Q, Elemental Wrath, changes its bonus effect depending on which element her weapon currently holds, and Terrashape lets her dash to a location while enchanting her blade with the element found there — river, brush, or wall.

Her damage pattern is classic assassin burst amplified by Royal Privilege, a passive that adds bonus damage to her first attack or ability against each enemy. Audacity provides a short dash onto a target, and chaining Audacity into an elemental Q with the passive proc is her core trading combo. Because each element grants a different Q effect, Qiyana effectively plays with a rotating toolkit, and route planning through map features becomes part of her mechanics.

The shockwave that wins fights

Supreme Display of Talent is her signature teamfight moment: a shockwave that detonates any element it touches, stunning and damaging enemies near river, brush, and especially walls. A well-angled ultimate along a long wall can stun an entire team and set up a chain of one-shot resets.

Qiyana is unforgiving — one misstep with her low durability is usually fatal — but for players who love high execution ceilings, creative pathing, and outplay-driven burst assassination, she offers one of the most expressive kits in the mid lane.
