Riven has no resource bar at all, so cooldowns are her only limit, and Runic Blade converts each ability cast into charged basic attacks. Broken Wings reactivates three times with a knockback on the third, Ki Burst stuns nearby enemies, and Valor both steps forward and blocks incoming damage — three separate ways to break the attack rhythm that Udyr’s whole kit is built on.
