A 46.2% return over 197 games on patch 16.13.1 puts Milio clearly behind, and the losses share a shape: LeBlanc arrives, deletes a target, and leaves before anything can be healed back. Sigil of Malice marks, any follow-up ability detonates the mark, and Mimic repeats whichever basic spell finished the sequence.

Milio’s kit is built for damage spread over seconds, not damage delivered in one. Cozy Campfire heals inside a zone and adds attack range, Fired Up! enchants allies so their next hit burns, and Breath of Life cleanses crowd control. All of that is excellent against sustained pressure and largely irrelevant once a burst combo is already in flight. The one preventive tool is Warm Hugs, whose two shield charges and movement speed have to be spent before the engage rather than after it. Shield timing therefore decides more of the matchup than healing throughput does, and a shield applied a second late is a shield wasted entirely.

The stat sheet is unkind as well. LeBlanc moves at 340 to Milio’s 330, holds 598 base health to 560, and reaches 2,434 health at level 18 against 2,056. Her difficulty rating of 9 against his 5 is the only real tax, since Distortion pays off only when the return charge is timed correctly, and Mirror Image hands her a free second of invisibility plus a decoy below 40% health.
